Service Description
Services will include and in depth medical consultation. At your appointment, we will establish your weight loss goals and review all weight loss efforts (current and previous) employed. We will gain a better understanding of your medical history and health status to make individual recommendations for medical treatment plan. Medications that may be recommended or prescribed during your visit include semaglutide (GLP-1 agonist) or tirzepatide (GLP-1 agonist). Consultation/visit prices do not include price of medication. Pricing will vary based on medication choice and dosage, please contact for details.
Our Policies
Please carefully read the conditionals of each service and treatment. Failure to answer questions accurately may result in postponement of treatment and loss of deposit. A $100 deposit is required for most services. When you complete a booking request, we will send you a deposit invoice. Once that's paid, we will confirm your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. Any “same-day” cancellations (24 hours or less prior to scheduled appointment) or no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
