Dysport
Service Description
New clients, please drive 15 minutes early. At KM MedAesthetics, we primarily use Dysport as our neurotoxin of choice. Pricing is per "Botox unit equivalent." Depending on treatment area, amount of units required varies. Please contact provider for more details. Common treatment areas include glabellar complex, frontal (i.e. forehead), and crow's feet. Toxin can also be used to achieve "eyebrow lift" or "lip flip." Neurotoxin modulators are injected into the facial muscles to relax them and inhibit contraction. This causes smoothing of the overlying skin. Injections are done in the office with little to no downtime following procedure. Prior to injections, it is recommended that patients avoid alcohol and blood thinning agents (i.e. fish oil, aspirin) one week prior to appointment. This therapy is not appropriate for patients with allergy to neurotoxin or those on chronic anticoagulation, or individuals with neurologic disorders.
Our Policies
Please carefully read the conditionals of each service and treatment. Failure to answer questions accurately may result in postponement of treatment and loss of deposit. A $100 deposit is required for most services. When you complete a booking request, we will send you a deposit invoice. Once that's paid, we will confirm your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. Any “same-day” cancellations (24 hours or less prior to scheduled appointment) or no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
