Service Description
Acne consultations are provided by licensed NP Kathy Marshall in office or virtually when needed. To book, please contact us via our contact form at the bottom of our website. Kathy has over 20 years of experience specializing in dermatology. Exam includes physical examination and assessment, as well as expert recommendation for both over the counter and prescription medication. Prescriptions provided at visit. This service is available to clients of all age groups. Cost is per visit. Insurance not accepted.
Our Policies
Please carefully read the conditionals of each service and treatment. Failure to answer questions accurately may result in postponement of treatment and loss of deposit. A $100 deposit is required for most services. When you complete a booking request, we will send you a deposit invoice. Once that's paid, we will confirm your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. Any “same-day” cancellations (24 hours or less prior to scheduled appointment) or no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
